I'm The Monetization Strategist. I help women turn their skills into income using systems, not feelings.
I hold a Bachelor's in Health Administration and a Master's in Information Management from Central Michigan University. My master's degree, combined with years of project management experience, laid the foundation for my love of systems, data, and operational efficiency.
For 15 years, I worked in Corporate America as an IT Operations and Logistics Specialist. I learned how to build systems, automate processes, and make things run efficiently. I was good at it. But I was also hiding.
I'm an introvert. For years, I watched opportunities pass by because I didn't believe I was ready. I had the skills. I had the background. What I didn't have was the courage to step forward.
THEN I DECIDED, I WAS DONE HIDING.
I took my corporate expertise and applied it to my own entrepreneurial journey. I didn't choose one lane. I built multiple.
A self-published author of six books. Three are motivational and interactive youth books designed to help young people build self-worth and set goals.
The founder of Melanated Outdoor Mavens, a community of 350+ women dedicated to health, wellness, and sisterhood through camping, hiking, and nature.
The owner of Field to Peak, the only women-owned, minority-owned outdoor essentials store. I created Field to Peak because I love the outdoors and want more people to understand how nature heals us. I have been backpacking and camping since 2018, and hunting since 2023.

My sister Shoni loved drawing and architecture. I told her to turn it into a painting business. She has been running it for over 15 years.
My sister Kim loved bartending. I gave her the idea to start a mobile bar. She did.
My sister Brianna loved working with tools and building things. I told her about independent adjusting. Four years later, she works for a multi-million-dollar company.
I saw their skills before they did. I gave them the strategy to monetize. And they built real, lasting careers. I did all of that for free. Just because they are my family.
Now I'm doing it for you. And this time, I'm charging for it.
